"CONCERNS have been raised that an application by Humberside Police to put video cameras on the Humber Bridge may infringe human rights legislation. The force has asked the bridge authorities for permission to mount CCTV cameras on the bridge to allow officers to monitor traffic independently of the bridge's existing network of cameras. But the Humber Bridge Board is seeking a memorandum of understanding from police to give it indemnity from any infringements which may arise."
