"With a quick scan of the eyes, Idaho Department of Correction officials may soon be able to tell whether a probationer or parolee has used drugs or alcohol. Idaho Department of Correction officials are testing the new system - called Passpoint - that can detect whether a person has used substances in the past couple of days."
