"MAKING intellectual property crime a priority for the police service will be a 'challenge', according to the newly appointed ACPO lead in this area. Giles York, an assistant chief constable of South Wales Police, said that 'vigorous' information-sharing would be the crucial if the service is to tackle a problem that is clearly linked to organised crime."
