"Cambridge has been named the worst city in the UK for mobile phone theft and fraud today in a new study.The university city was closely followed by Leicester, London, Birmingham and Sheffield, all of which had a high incidence of mobile phones being stolen.The study, conducted by life assistance organisation CPP also revealed the most likely victims of mobile phone crime are women while 16-24 year olds are the most vulnerable age group with 20% having fallen victim to mobile theft or fraud. This compares to just 7% of respondents over 55."
