"The YJB and Social Software take giant strides towards data sharing in Youth Justice, to reduce the risks of serious oversights and improve communication between YOTs and the Secure Estate.
Social Software is the country’s leading supplier of Prevention, Aftercare and Youth Offending Information Management systems, almost three quarters of YOTs use their YOIS (Youth Offending Information System) case management software and over 700 agencies use their UMIS (Universal Monitoring and Evaluation Information System) prevention software, including Local Authorities, Children’s Trusts, Youth Projects and Youth Inclusion teams.
Social Software and The Youth Justice Board for England and Wales are working in partnership on a Connectivity Project to enable agencies involved in working with young people to share and exchange their data."
