"A MEMBER of South Yorkshire Police's air support team has described how he and his colleagues felt helpless when they realised they could do nothing to save a teenage boy from being swept away by a swollen river in Sheffield. The crew arrived at the river just moments after 14-year-old Ryan Parry drowned in last week's flooding."
