"Intellect, the trade association for the UK technology industry, has launched a user guide for Catalist that it has developed in conjunction with OGCbuying.solutions and a selection of users from government departments and agencies. This is the first time that advice on using Catalist – a suite of government procurement framework agreements – has been developed based on such collaboration. The user guide is designed to enable potential public sector users to reduce the time and cost of procurement and to ensure they choose the most appropriate supplier. The online, interactive guide includes links to a glossary and to useful websites. Although Catalist has a wide scope, this guidance focuses on ICT and consultancy."
