ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR orders have criminalised children and pushed minors into a life of crime they might not otherwise have followed, according to experts. There are more children in the criminal justice system in the UK now than ever before, and last week the chief inspector of prisons warned we are incarcerating too many under-16s in Scotland."
