"VICTIMS of rape and sexual assault on the Fylde coast can now get more personal support thanks to a new adviser.
Marie Anderson has been appointed the new independent sexual violence adviser at Lancashire’s Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (Safe) Centre, based at Royal Preston Hospital. Marie has been a crisis worker for four years and was a nurse for 19 years.Her new role is funded by the Home Office and aims to provide people with care from the moment they make a complaint until the end of legal proceedings."
