"Outlaw bikie gangs are expanding, as report. FIVE years ago, Premier Mike Rann made an election pledge to get tough on bikie gangs. He promised to bulldoze fortresses and give judges extra powers to act against these "foot soldiers of organised crime" and "meatheads on motorbikes". So far there has been no bulldozing and, it seems, the problem of outlaw bikie gangs has simply grown. It's not merely a South Australian problem. Bikie gangs around Australia are enjoying expansion."
