"At least one of three would-be robbers shot by a watchmaker in January plans to file for compensation over his injuries.
The case of a watchmaker who shot three men breaking into this shop last month took an even more bizarre turn Wednesday, as one of the thieves will now seek compensation.
An attorney for the robber cited wrongful injury, loss of work time and loss of the ability to work as the grounds on which his client's claim is based."
