"ARSONISTS are to be targeted with renewed vigour in the coming year after the appointment of a specialist police liaison officer to the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service. Roy Aldwin, currently community safety and crime reduction manager for Hertfordshire Constabulary, will join the service on a 12-month secondment aimed at driving down the number of arson attacks in the county."
