"POLICE will be given extra powers to uncover suburban illicit drug laboratories under proposed new laws to tackle the ice and amphetamine epidemic in Victoria.
Police Minister Bob Cameron said the proposed new laws would reverse the onus of proof so that those caught with significant amounts of the 103 listed ingredients of such drugs would have to justify it."
