"THIS summer will be the litmus test for whether anti-drug policies are working in Camden Town, according to the leader of the council.Camden Council has stumped-up £300,000 for 18 extra Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) to tackle the drugs market and 10 extra police officers are also joining the fight."
