"Kent Police said there was no suggestion it could not manage risk
Excessive working hours and the radicalisation of minorities are among "key threats" to policing in Kent, a police report has revealed. The document, sent to the BBC after a Freedom of Information request, lists 10 areas which Kent Police believes carry most risk. These include sex offenders living in the community and crime that exploits illegal immigrants."
