"The US and UK governments signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the US Embassy in London to improve international co-operation to combat human trafficking. The Chief Constable of North Yorkshire, Grahame Maxwell, represented the UK Human Trafficking Centre and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Operations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement John Clark represented the Department of Homeland Security."
