"This Report provides an early assessment of the performance of Government Departments on the Disability Equality Duty. All Government Departments must produce and put into effect Disability Equality Schemes. These Schemes set out how each Department measures it performance on disability equality, and how it plans to improve its delivery for disabled people. This Report assesses the Disability Equality Schemes of all fifteen Ministerial Government Departments.
