"OFFICERS must stop writing off marijuana growing houses as simple cannabis cultivations because they are often run by organised Vietnamese gangs, one senior officer has warned. Det Ch Insp Dave Walker, who leads the West Midlands regional taskforce, said if the problem is properly tackled it can help the service build a picture of the 'Mr Bigs' of the organised crime world."
