"An autistic teen is recovering after police used a Taser stun gun to subdue him.
Police said Rashad Thompson was causing damage in the neighborhood. Rashad is autistic and has behavourial problems, his mother said. Lt. Tom Mize said officers were trying to get the situation under control. [His mother] said officers should not have used the Taser. She added that police should change procedure when dealing with special needs children."
