"The Garda Síochána and the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) have struck an agreement with mobile phone maker Motorola to deploy a biometric fingerprint-capture system. The deal will see ‘LiveScan’ units deployed at the Office of the Refugees Applications Commissioner."
