"Criminal gangs are trafficking British schoolgirls between UK cities to suffer sexual exploitation, in a hidden type of child abuse that most police officers do not know about, according to a taskforce set up to tackle human trafficking. The UK Human Trafficking Centre says the grooming of the girls, some of whom are as young as 10 or 11, is often undertaken by well-presented men in their twenties who befriend the girls, giving them gifts and cash."
