“Spanish police said Thursday they had busted another group accused of arranging marriages of convenience to help illegal immigrants gain residency permits in the country with the arrest of 15 people. The group organized marriages using false identity papers, mostly between Nigerian men and Dutch women, in exchange for 9,000 euros (14,000 dollars), police said in a statement.”
