Consultation Paper No 184
Consultation ends: 22 February 2008
"In criminal trials, judges may make rulings before the trial starts, during the course of the trial or after the jury has returned its verdict. The Law Commission is asking for responses on proposals that relate to the stage at which appeals against such rulings may be made, bearing in mind that appeals may delay or interrupt trials."
