"The NTA sponsored eleven service user representatives from across England to attend the International Harm Reduction Association’s (IHRA) 18th International Conference in Warsaw, Poland in May 2007. The service user group were asked to collect fresh evidence-based work on reducing drug-related harm and communicating these messages to the wider service user community in England on their return."
