"The computer software industry will on Monday launch a crackdown on software piracy in Manchester, the source of more complaints about pirated programs than any other English city apart from London. The Business Software Alliance will contact more than 10,000 Manchester businesses to offer an amnesty to those that use a free BSA software audit program to identify unauthorised programs and license them by June 30."
